Abstract: The development of knowledge based economy requires new approaches with reference to intellectual ownership, its further extension leading up to banding the admittance for those who aim to use it. Moreover, information and communication technologies encourage in higher existent the infringement of property rights. Therefore finding some proper solutions regarding intellectual ownership enlargement and also shielding property rights represent a matter of particular significance.
