Abstract: Intellectual property is a key element in the knowledge society. The new Economy clearly states the mater: When not properly stimulated, creativity ceases automatically. Thought model has superior power to financial ressources or political influence. Brain power is the key of competitiveness, any abuse is nipped in the bud.
