Abstract: In the competition increase context, the modern firms are going through successive transitional processes, complex and hard to manage events, face that imposes them to adopt all the necessary steps and the organizational settlements in regard to the external environmental transformation. For that matter, the firms put in action new approaches of a strategy that must take into consideration the activity's deeply seated evolution. Moreover, the competitional pressures renders highly necessary the rationalization of the firm's management.
