Abstract: A nowadays priority is decreasing the negative effects supported by the environment, determinated by the transport activity. Reducing the polluting factors and limitting their effect on the environment can be realised by using certain economical instruments. This article tries to emphasize the economical instruments that can determine a major decrease of the pollution, without disturbing the economical activity ofthe transport field.
