Abstract:
The reduction of socio-economic disparities represents a problem of stringent actuality, aroused both at National and European level, as its neglect may lead to unforeseeable manifestations (see the events which took place in France in 2005), with immeasurable negative consequences on the National economy at European level implicitly. The achievement of the socio-economic cohesion is influenced by a series of economic and social factors such as: the internal gross product/inhabitant, the unemployment rate, the inflation, the deepening of the discrepancies at the level of the entire country and at regional level, population aging, etc.
