Abstract: In an ever more globalized economy, there is particularly significant for our country to become more and more innovative and to use in a greater extend the intellectual ownership. In these circumstances, the paper gives further details about a set of directions for encouraging and turning to good account the intellectual ownership, and also for the enhancement of SMEs' position in economy, on the basis of the national strategy in the field of the property right (2003-2007).
