In order to perform its function as an instrument for the improvement of the technological progress and economic efficiency, thus for generating profit, the software products in general and the one we are refering to in particular, shall have an as high as possible diffusion speed. This can be achieved only through a more accurate knowledge of the internal and international socio-economic environment, of the market segment's specific opportunities and restrictions, as well as of the direct and indirect effects resulting from the product's marketing. Taking into consideration these requirements, in the framework of this article we intend to accomplish a research on the operational marketing, using the means at our disposal.
