Abstract: In the context of world globalization and in the perspective of competition speeding up, to increase the firm's ability of response becomes more and more important. Taking this into consideration, the model of the adaptable firm has a particular significance. This article outlines, with regard to firm's functions, multiple techniques for increasing the firm's ability to response, as well as the evaluation criteria for the firm.
