Abstract: For our country, in an ever more globalized economy, it is highly significant to become more and more innovating and to use in a greater extend the intellectual ownership. In these circumstances, the paper gives further details about a set of instructions on promoting and turning to good account the intellectual ownership, and also on consolidating the SMEs position in economy, on the basis of the National Strategy in the property right's field (2003-2007).
