Abstract: The paper presents some priorities that must be taken into account in order to develop entrepreneurship by increasing the accessibility, simplicity and rapidity degree in setting up new enterprises, facilitating the transition from the employee condition to that of independent entrepreneur, stimulating the economic initiative supporting, sustaining the foundation of new enterprises, facilitating the enterprises transference and stimulating the entrepreneur spirit.
