Abstract: The Romania's industrial policy official document, enforced with great delay in 2002, set up the co-ordinates of industry's and industrial sectors' future evolution. In this context, the possible evolution of manufacturing industry's sectors will be foreshadowed in a series of articles. In this paper, will be tackled high-tech industries - electronic means of computing technique, electric machines and appliances, radio, TV and communications equipment and apparatus
