Abstract:
The innovative enterprises hold only a share of 17% in the services sector of Romania. This sector of activity consists in innovating products and process, or exclusively innovating the process whereas introducing new products on the market represents a form of innovation for 5% of the total number of innovating enterprises. Implementing other forms (methods) of innovation ( such as: organizational innovations, market innovations, changes in the business framework or foreign relations), identifying and using the sources of information in the innovation process field, cooperating with other nationwide and worldwide business paratners, all these can result in stimulating the innovation process in the services sector and mainly in the small and medium-sized enterprises.
