Abstract: The major objective of this work is represented by the anticipation of the changes produced at industrial structures' level by the integration of the Romanian industry in the European economic complex .In this first stage, the authors intend to approach a certain theme, from both the theoretical and the pragmatic sphere, which is principally determined by the specific requirements of such work, opening a research program and consequently having the role to provide a series of basic elements which are necessary for the further thoroughness of the subject raised for discussion.
