Abstract:
The present scientific approach, as a component of the Excellence Research Program titled "EMPLOYMENT AND SKILLS DEFICIT SHORT AND MEDIUM PROJECTION" developed within the National Research Program CERES, has the following main objectives: assessment of the opportunities for measuring the de-localisation process; investigation of this process in Romania on the basis of foreign direct investments and active training; evaluation of its influence on labour force market.
