Abstract:
The economic growth can be affected, in a higher or smaller degree, by a multitude of correlated factors, in general by macroeconomic policies, but a fundamental factor which affects the growth is the public as well as the private investment,. Is a matter of evidence that the variation of the guvernamental expenditures related to macroeconomic policies decision may affect the expenditures in health policies, education and research policies. The econometric studies were unable to isolate with an acceptable precision, the effects of the variation in these spendigs
