Abstract: The project aimed at the identification of criteria for assessment of management and managerial team's quality, their aggregation into a coherent methodology, and it application with a view to validating it. Three set of criteria and sub-criteria have been proposed: one of 7 criteria and 34 sub-criteria for manager quality's assessment; another one of 4 criteria and 30 sub-criteria for management quality's assessment; and another one of 4 criteria and 15 sub-criteria for managerial team quality's assessment. The criteria and sub-criteria proposed cover in a balanced manner all sides of managerial activity - economic, technological, scientific, ecological, juridical, ethical, attitudinal, and behavioral -, and refer to managerial skills indispensable for a good activity. The aggregation methodology proposed has been tested and validated on a concrete case of a firm providing public utilities.
