Dynamics of FDI Location after China's Entering WTO

Abstract: This paper examined the pattern and change of FDI location in China especially after China's entering WTO, and probed into the prospect of attracting foreign investment for inland China in the future. It shows that the "going north" tendency of FDI in China is boosting, while "going west" tendency is not quite obvious. In a long run, the "going west" tendency will speed up, but it will be "advancing gradually" while not "big leap" style.
