Abstract: In this article we analyse the relationships between unemployment and cooperative. We suppose that cooperatives there are not a solution to the unemployment but however they improve labour conditions. To check this we carried out a study with recently stars-up cooperatives. Our data confirms that presidents have a good previous labour experience as they were working before star-up cooperatives.
