De la participación a la gestión del conocimiento y del capital intelectual: reflexiones en torno a la empresa cooperativa

Abstract: Once the bases have been set with regard to the new orientations currently being taken company management, among which stand out the protagonism of intangible resources as sources of sustainable competitive advantage and the peremptory necessity to carry out a correct management of the intelectual capital of an organisation, this work deals with the role of participation as a facilitator of knowledge management within a company. All of these contributions are transferred to the specific case of the co-operative society, relating them with their idiosyncratic singularities and reflecting on their capacity of potential and applicability in this type of company.
