Abstract: La fuite de cerveaux s’interprete generalement comme une externalite negative imposee a la population restante. La source de cette externalite, selon les auteurs, reside soit dans le prejudice cause aux facteurs de production complementaires du travail qualifie emigre, soit, d’apres les theories de la croissance endogene, dans la reduction du stock de capital humain disponible pour les generations presentes et futures.
