Abstract:
This present piece of work is putting up for analysing the supply and demand of workforce in Romania. The analyzed period is 2010 – 2013, being considered a period of unassuming economic growth, some of the companies being able to develop their activity during this period of time. The references are provided by The National Institute of Statistics. After analyzing the provided information, it is established that the rate of unoccupied jobs has been increased at 0,7 % in 2013. The area having the biggest rate is “Technicians and specialists in technical domain” (0,97 % ), followed by “ Unqualified workers”. It will be analyzed the population belonging to highschool education, because the rate of unoccupied jobs has a high percentage (0,95 %) for the domain of unqualified workers.
