Abstract:
Performance cannot be separated from the means and activities which generated it, but neither from the means through which it can be measured and evaluated. The present article aims at analyzing the approach of performance from the perspective of the management of performance and the tools for evaluating performance, insisting upon the evaluation of managerial performances, on the factors that can produce distortions. The aim of performance management is to obtain better results of the organization as a whole through the improvement of individual performance.
