Gerencia de Valor en la Etapa de Exploración para la Productividad Carbonífera en Norte de Santander

Abstract: Resumen El artículo muestra una investigación descriptiva dentro de la perspectiva cuantitativa, para establecer las actitudes hacia la Gerencia de Exploración de parte de proyectos carboníferos de la región, según la recolección de información aplicada a 163 contratos de concesión en Norte de Santander, para analizar los proyectos existentes en este departamento, en la etapa de exploración. Adicionalmente, para profundizar en el tema objeto, sobre la base de fuentes secundarias de información, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica que permitió conceptualizar la exploración geológica para la industria mi‑ nera, y se analizaron las teorías que explican la Gerencia Básica de Valor. Por último, los hallazgos evidencian la necesidad de una Gerencia de Valor en la exploración minera regional. Abstract A descriptive research based on the quantitative perspective, to establish the attitudes towards the Management of Exploration of coal-producing projects in the region, according to the compilation of information applied to 163 concession contracts in the department of Santander del Norte is applied in this article, so that existing projects being in the exploration stage in this department can be analyzed. In addition, in order to deepen into the subject matter of knowledge based on secondary sources of information, a bibliographical review was conducted that allowed concep‑ tualization of the Geological Exploration for the Mining Industry and other theories that explain the Basic Management of Value. Finally, the reader will be able to observe that the findings discovered show the need for a Management of Value in the regional mining exploration.
