Productividad y desarrollo. Colombia: una débil agenda de Competitividad al 2022

Abstract: Resumen. En este artículo se plantea que el modelo de sostenibilidad propuesto para Colombia hasta el ano 2022 tiene una visión muy limitada al mejoramiento de la productividad, desconociendo la incidencia de otras variables que no se deben dejar fuera de control. Se propone el ajuste de su Agenda Nacional por sectores, considerando como variables el territorio, los segmentos productivos y los programas ordenados a cumplir los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS). Igualmente, se propone la comprensión de la sostenibilidad en su dimensión económica, social, ambiental e institucional, como también lo incluye el modelo promovido por el Foro Económico Mundial y por grandes organizaciones corporativas que lideran Global Reporting Iniciative 4 (GRI4).******Abstract This article states that the sustainability model proposed for Colombia until 2022 has a very limited vision of improving productivity, ignoring the incidence of other variables that should not be left out of control. It proposes the adjustment of its National Agenda by sectors, considering as variables the territory, the productive segments and the programs ordered to fulfill the Objectives of Sustainable Development (OSD). It also proposes the understanding of sustainability in its economic, social, environmental and institutional dimensions, as well as the model promoted by the World Economic Forum and large corporate organizations that lead the Global Reporting Initiative 4 (GRI4).
