Los Costos de Calidad en la Agencia de Viajes Cubanacán Cienfuegos

Abstract: Abstract The contribution to the quality management was the focus of the study that was carried out with the objective of determining the quality costs in the Cubanacán Cienfuegos Travel Agency (Cuba). For this purpose, it was necessary to study bibliographic materials of national and international origin in order to select the procedure that allowed the identification and determination of the quality costs incurred in the categories of prevention, evaluation, and failures. Consequently, 116 actions of an improvement plan to be applied in the period 2019-2023 were defined. Theoretical and empirical methods that provided the necessary scientific rigor to this type of research were used to complete this work. Resumen La contribución a la gestión de la calidad fue el enfoque del estudio que se realizó con el objetivo de determinar los costos de calidad en la Agencia de Viajes Cubanacán Cienfuegos (Cuba). Para ello, fue preciso el estudio de materiales bibliográficos de factura nacional e internacional en aras de seleccionar el procedimiento que permitió identificar y determinar los costos de calidad que se incurrieron en las categorías de prevención, evaluación y fallas. En consecuencia, se definieron 116 acciones de un plan de mejora a aplicarse en el periodo 2019-2023. Para cumplimentar este trabajo, se utilizaron métodos de carácter teóricos y empíricos que le aportaron el rigor científico necesario a este tipo de investigación.
