Desigualdad tecnológica regional de México al iniciar el Siglo XXI: Limitantes para la integración y la cohesión social

Abstract: ResumenLa formación de regiones integradas económicamente con el mercado mundial y con capacidad de incorporación de tecnologías, principalmente de la información y las comunicaciones en México, han dado un enorme salto en cuanto a crecimiento y desarrollo, pero que contrasta con la brecha que queda con otras regiones menos integradas a dicho esquema de desarrollo. Las diferencias regionales entre el norte del país, desarrollada principalmente por la industria maquiladora automotriz y hacia el interior por la industria electrónica, la región central, donde se concentra el sistema financiero y las oficinas de negocios, frente a la región del sur, en donde se concentra una parte muy importante de la población pobre, marginada, caracterizada por ser población indígena, vinculada al campo, son una muestra de ello. En este documento, se expondrá la relación entre la brecha tecnológica de las regiones mexicanas, su vinculación con la pobreza y el desarrollo económico y social.Abstract:The formation of integrated regions economically with the world market and with capacity of incorporation of technologies, mainly of the information and the communications in Mexico, they have given an enormous jump as for growth and development, but that it contrasts with the breach that is with other less integrated regions to this development outline. The regional differences among the north region, developed mainly by the industry self-driven assembly plant and toward the interior for the electronic industry, the central region, where that concentrates the financial system and the offices of business, in front of the region of the south where concentrates the poor, excluded population´s very important part, characterized to be indigenous population, linked to the field, they are a sample of it. In this document, the relationship will be exposed among the technological breach of the Mexican regions, its linking with the poverty and the economic and social development.
