Innovación empresarial, difusión, definiciones y tipología. Una revisión de literatura

Abstract: Con base en la literatura revisada se abordan los diferentes argumentos, el origen, la heterogeneidad en los procesos asociados a las innovaciones, tanto en los factores críticos y los mecanismos, los actores que participan, así como en la evidencia empírica que apoyan el efecto positivo de la combinación de diferentes vías para el desarrollo de actividades de innovación. Se identificó que el primer interrogante fue el de la “difusión”, y éste ha sido abordado por investigadores de diferentes áreas del conocimiento y en este proceso los pioneros actúan como líderes de opinión y, a medida que el número de sujetos que han adoptado la innovación crece, también lo hace el nivel de influencia social sobre el no-adoptador. Se identifican las fuentes de innovación más importantes; se propone la definición y la tipología que se utilizará en la investigación: Innovación radical; Innovación de incremento o gradual; Innovación arquitectural; Innovación conceptual. ****** Based on the literature review addresses the different arguments, the origin, the heterogeneity in the processes associated with innovations, both critical factors and mechanisms, as the actors involved as well as the empirical evidence supporting the positive effect of the combination of different avenues for the development of innovation activities. It was found that the first question was that of the “spread”, and this has been addressed by researchers from different areas of knowledge and in the process act pioneers as opinion leaders and as the number of subjects who have adopted the innovation grows, so does the level of social influence on non-adopters. It identifies the most important sources of innovation; we propose the definition and typology to be used in research: Innovation radical or gradual increase Innovation, Innovation architectural, conceptual innovation.
