Abstract:
Se piensa que las decisiones que toman los jefes de hogar en cuanto a compra de productos para sus hogares son en gran medida influenciadas por el consumismo y la sociedad. Este estudio pretende entender la actitud y su intención hacia el consumo responsable en los hogares de la ciudad de Bogotá; por tanto, a partir de un estudio descriptivo, transversal, no experimental y de un análisis a través del modelado de ecuaciones estructurales, se encuestó a 418 jefes de hogar. Se identificaron las relaciones que existen entre la actitud, la norma subjetiva, y la percepción de control con realizar actividades de consumo responsable. Con esto, se logró determinar que los jefes de hogar tienen una mayor probabilidad de hacer acciones hacia el consumo responsable, debido a la presión social por parte de su familia o de su entorno, llevándolo a adoptar comportamientos de compra responsables. ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* It is thought that the decisions made by heads of household regarding the purchase of products for their homes are largely influenced by consumerism and society. This study aims to understand the attitude and intention towards responsible consumption in homes in the city of Bogotá; therefore, from a descriptive, cross-sectional, non-experimental study and an analysis through structural equation modeling, 418 heads of household were surveyed. The relationships that exist between the attitude, the subjective norm, and the perception of control with carrying out responsible consumption activities were identified. With this, it was possible to determine that heads of household have a greater probability of taking actions towards responsible consumption, due to social pressure from their family or their environment, leading them to adopt responsible purchasing behaviors. ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* Pensa-se que as decisoes tomadas pelos chefes de família quanto a compra de produtos para suas casas sao fortemente influenciadas pelo consumismo e pela sociedade. Este estudo visa compreender a atitude e a intencao de consumo responsável nos lares da cidade de Bogotá; portanto, a partir de um estudo descritivo, transversal, nao experimental e de uma análise por modelagem de equacoes estruturais, foram pesquisados 418 chefes de família. Foram identificadas as relacoes existentes entre a atitude, a norma subjetiva e a percepcao de controle com a realizacao de atividades de consumo responsável. Com isso, foi possível determinar que os chefes de família tem maior probabilidade de realizar acoes de consumo responsável, devido a pressao social de sua família ou de seu ambiente, levando-os a adotar comportamentos de compra responsáveis.
