The influence of the debt collection’s effectiveness one the financial liquidity of the small-sized enterprise

Abstract:
The financial fluidity of the small-sized enterprise depends on its ability of the realization of the sale and of the effectiveness of exacting payment behind sold goods and the services. The effectiveness of the debt collection is playing the fundamental role in developing financial liquidity of the small legal entity. Shortages of financial means in such a company are rarely supplemented with outside financial funds. Individual financial sources of the owner, constitute most often complementing, in it amounts accumulated earlier, as a result of transitional having the so-called financial over-liquidity. The problem of the influence of the defined measure of the effectiveness of the debt collection on the short-term financial liquidity of the small-sized enterprise was brought up. The analytical tool, used in his study, was the dynamic econometric model, describing, among others, the influence of the vindication’s effectiveness on the financial liquidity of small company.
