Abstract:
In the article an attempt has been made to identify and characterizes the forms of activity of housing enterprises enabling them realization of task outside the domestic market. Enterprises choose various paths of entering and stabilizing their presence in the foreign markets, both those skipping certain stages of internationalization and those characterized by varying sequences of those stages. It can also be observed that the majority of Polish firms most probably realize passive strategies, and a frequent reason of their internationalization is the initiative of the overseas firms operating on the Polish market.
