Abstract:
In the age of globalization and economic integration, global trade and capital flows have increased substantially in recent years faster than the gross national product. Due to the freedom of capital movement, technological progress, rapid transfer of innovation and development of transport and communication, the role of foreign direct investment (FDI) increases. The inflow of foreign capital to local real estate markets affects the cycles of that markets and the level of investment in the entire economy.
