Abstract:
The conditions and effects of government market regulations ARE The subject of discussion in this article. The first part of the study covers the discussion of the different interpretations of market failure and the consequent doubts about the application of this criterion as a condition for adjustment. The second part of the article attempts to make the hypothesis about inconsistent state market regulations plausible, based on a case study OF cigarette market in Poland.
