Abstract: The author in the article presents the conditionings and the main changes introduced through labour market reforms implemented in Germany since the activity of the Hartz Commission. There were presented the components of all four Hartz Reforms and the directions of its continuation after 2005. The aim of the publication is to determine, which of the German solutions are possible to implement in the Polish economic and social conditionings. The research method undertaken in that paper was the analysis of secondary data – both statistical as well as reports and publications connected with German labour market policy.
