Abstract:
Associated mainly with Mathematics, Philosophy and technical inventions, J. M. Hoene-Wronski proved to be - one of the first among Poles – author of the concept of a European federation. Due to a dispersion of these considerations amongst several publications, this concept has not been widely discussed.
