Between protection of competition and sector regulation. Political borders of separating areas of state interference in the market

Abstract: Creating equal conditions of competition on the market is setting the sector regulation. Sector regulations has coincident cells and assumptions, similarly to the antitrust law. Provisions of the sector regulations are autonomous in view of regulations of the antitrust law. The decision of the sector regulator bodies is replacing the decision of the Chairman of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
