Cultural tourism as many-sided phenomenon of national samoidentifikacii

Abstract: The analysis of development of cultural tourism is conducted in the article. It is marked on the grant of new mission cultural tourism as to the instrument of the world, development, rapprochement of people, education of respect, tolerance, mutual understanding on the basis of humanitarian values of tourism. It is analysed, that by the culture of tourism an active, creative intellect and high spirituality of personality, intellectual potential of people which is a main exit of society condition on new even civilizations, is formed. Cultural tourism comes forward the many-sided phenomenon: mighty factor of economy, social institute and sphere of culture. Exactly cultural tourism enables to appeal to the study of cultural legacy of humanity. Presently important is support of cultural tourism from the side of the state as one of the most perspective directions. It is considered in the article, that cultural tourism develops in three vzaemopov’yazanikh and vzaemodopovnyuyuchikh directions: cognition of culture and cultural legacy; guard and revival of culture; dialog of cultures. To cultural tourism presently inherent three basic humanitarian functions: in a civilized manner cognitive and educational; kulturookhoronna and konservaciyna; communication and peacemaking. The primary objective of every state is a maintainance of deep, base bases of multinational culture, traditions, sights of folk-lore, defence of cultural originality of every people of country, conditioning, for popularization of immaterial cultural legacy for the maintainance of single cultural space. Cultural potential of region is expressed in his historical legacy. Most tourist directions with care behave to the history as factor of bringing in of tourist streams. The territorial distributing of objects of cultural legacy is analysed in Ukraine, ratification of row of international normatively legal acts, realization of the government having a special purpose programs of maintainance of cultural legacy, loss of cultural acquisitions of Ukraine, during military operations. In the modern world approaches, purpose and whole maintainances of cultural legacy, change actively. More attention spared the problems of maintainance of cultural landscape, new building, in a protective area and round sight, to the use of computer technologies in research and restoration of sights, active use of architectural inheritance, for sociokulturnikh aims. It is set on the basis of the conducted analysis, that is presently formed other going near the objects of cultural legacy – not only as objects which own certain istoriko-kulturnim potential but also as possibility of the use of them in economic activity of this territory. Cultural tourism is directly related to the level of development of local concord, his culture and way of life. The practical value of research consists in that active voice of local population in cultural life presently is the necessary condition of development of cultural tourism. The successful revival of cultural legacy is possible on condition of co-ordination of actions between entrepreneurial activity and formed position of local society. It is recommended to inculcate practice of integration of citizens to the processes of maintainance of cultural legacy.
