Employee's motivation and work stimulation under the condition of economic crisis

Abstract: The article contains look at role of material and non-material motivation during economic recession. The example of survey, which took place in Greece during economic crisis, brought to light most important factors affecting motivation for more effective employee`s behavior under the conditions of recession.
