Efficiency of changes in business processes representation of enterprises

Abstract:
The article analyzes approaches to assessing the effectiveness of changes in the reengineering of business processes of enterprises. It is proposed to use a system of indicators, which combines the measurement of such changes as socio-psychological, production-technological, financial-economic, intellectual-personnel, structural and administrative. A list of qualitative and quantitative indicators that assess the effectiveness of changes in each of the groups is determined. It is proved that their number should vary from ten to twenty five
