E-Forum Working Papers, 2019, vol. 9, issue 2, 254-260
Abstract:
The article analyzed unresolved problem issues regarding the possibility of effective provision of social protection of people with special needs on the market of educational and medical services. The emphasis is on the formation of a set of relevant requirements for the protection of this category of people, since some of the provisions of socio-economic policy were obsoleted and do not meet the needs of the present. It points to the creation of certain conditions for people with special needs in order to enable them to participate fully in all spheres of public life along with other categories of citizens
