Abstract: The article notes the strategic importance of the water supply issue for Ukraine. The current problems of water supply are systematised the current problems of water supply. The social significance of drinking water is indicated. The necessity of a new logic of building relations between the supplier and consumers is shown. A system of measures has been developed a system of measures to improve the socio-economic conditions of water supply
