Formation and development of legal competence of the company management company

Abstract: The article investigates the current conditions of formation of legal competence of the managers of the enterprise. It is determined that legal competence includes cognitive, practical-behavioral and value-motivational component. The formation of components in two groups of respondents - production staff and management of the enterprise is analyzed. The main differences in the process of forming the legal competence of managers in comparison with students are formulated
