The Comparative Significance of Guanxi

Yanjie Bian

Management and Organization Review, 2017, vol. 13, issue 2, 261-267

Abstract: Burt and Burzynska (2017) deliver a great piece of timely and innovative research on Chinese entrepreneurs, social networks, and guanxi. Among other merits, I am most impressed and inspired by two scholarly contributions this work has made to the comparative significance of social network analysis (SNA) and that of guanxi studies in organizational research.
