Abstract: Female leadership still faces barriers, ideologies, and stereotypes that limit the presence of women in managerial positions. Therefore, this qualitative research used a phenomenological approach, with participant observation and semi-structured interviews with two managers of a private real estate company, to reveal their perspectives on business management. The findings indicate that recognizing and valuing the unique skills and approaches that women bring can improve organizational culture; however, cultural and gender factors continue to influence corporate worldviews regarding their managerial role. Given this complexity, it is urgent to promote gender equality and eliminate discriminatory barriers in order to build an inclusive and enriching work environment for all.
