Abstract:
The research conducted was based on the improvement of the work environment of an educational center, with the general objective of implementing tactical techniques to improve the school climate at the Liliam Bayona Polytechnic Educational Center. This research was non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive, and mixed-method approach. The study population consisted of all 45 teachers at the center and a sample of 405 students, equivalent to 200 students. The sampling used had a 95% confidence interval and a 5% margin of error. To collect and measure information in accordance with the stated objectives, a survey was used, which was administered to teachers and students using the questionnaire as an instrument. The results determined that the application of tactical techniques focused on each of the dimensions of school climate can substantially improve it for both students and teachers. This improvement in the school climate has positive effects on both teacher performance and student development
