Abstract: The relevance of the study, the results of which are presented in this article, is due to the need to understand the factors of difficulties in correlating the performance of the enterprise when assessing them in accordance with the criteria of competitiveness theory and the concept of sustainable development. Also, the relevance of the study is due to the need of industry participants to develop an attitude to the increasing importance of non-productive assets that do not have market investment attractiveness.
