Development of river рassenger transportation in the northern regions of the country

Abstract: Passenger transportation by river vessels plays an important role for the mobility of the population, especially in remote areas. Considering the social significance of river transport the state provides it with comprehensive support. State support measures include the development of waterway infrastructure and subsidizing river ports, especially in the northern regions of the country.
