Development of logistics services of international transportation in the Kyrgyz Republic: theoretical and methodological aspects

Abstract: The paper considers the theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of logistics services based on the ratings of international organizations. The concepts of «logistics service» and «transportation service» are separated. The main characteristics of the logistics service are defined. The level and quality of logistics services in the Kyrgyz Republic is determined by the «immaturity» of logistics institutions and public administration.
