Features of digitalization of business processes

Abstract: The subject of the study is the relationship between the digitalization of processes and the development of scientific and technical programs in business management. The applied research methods are methods of analysis, analogy, comparison and observation. The authors conclude that the key elements of the analysis of business process management are digital platforms. It is necessary to be able to digitalize business processes in order to maximize profits.
