The role of the higher education system in the implementation of innovative development programs for the chemical complex

Abstract: Innovative activity plays an important role in strengthening the technological sovereignty of the country. The main mechanism for stimulating innovative activity are state programs and strategies. An important aspect of the successful implementation of programs is the training of qualified specialists, which requires the participation of educational organizations. The authors propose a comprehensive approach to training future personnel involved in the innovative development of the chemical industry, which involves the comprehensive development of organizational, managerial and professional competencies.
