Abstract: The article examines the phenomenon of parallel imports in the Russian Federation under international sanctions. Legal aspects, economic consequences, expert opinions and practical mechanisms for the implementation of this trading model are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the impact of parallel imports on the consumer market, as well as the prospects for its further development in the context of the changing geopolitical situation.
